The staff is nice, but i didn't know the water bottle in the refrigator needs to pay money. I was charged 50,000 VND when I left the hotel. I was surprised.

People in the place were great. Thuy kieu especially. The place was very clean from elevators to inside our room with a very comfortable bed. Food was amazing and such a variety.

Pros: Good location (5mins walk to Đường Phạm Ngũ Lão); Staff are nice and helpful Cons: Some of the furniture are old; the room close to the street a bit noisy Overall experience is good and will consider to stay there again.

Ok hotel

Great location but the hotel condition is outdated and need to upgrade. The gym is not fully functional ( the treadmill and bike are not working). Lack of size and offerings. Aircon was facing the bed and it blasted cold air directly to the bed!

the foot path was basically a bus stop for people and freight and this extended up and down this street front - very dirty, dangerous foot path generally you are pushed onto the street where traffic will run you over if not very careful.

Even though check in time was 2pm, I was there slightly after 12pm. I had asked whether the room was ready, the hotel check in counter staff did not check whether they were any rooms available and just told me flatly that the check in time was 2pm

I have stay at hotel many nights. This is my go to hotel when in District One. While I was taking a shower, the ceramic soap dispenser had no soap in it. I lifted it up and the top was loose and it fell and broke and cut my foot open. It look like to me cleaning stuff ever check to see if soap was in the ceramic soap dispenser.

Where to start! Before our stay, I sent four emails and messages to organise a airport pick up but received zero response. On check in, we were 'greeted' with a dull stare and eventually 'check in?'. That was it. No smile. No greeting. No other words. We were handed our room key and were then ignored. Our room reeked of cigarettes...apparently a smoking room but weren't given any option. An actual COCKROACH ran across the bed before I put my bag on it!!! Our 'garden view' room is actually an internal window, no natural light, facing doors of other rooms and the 'garden' is a patch of fake grass! I could go on but what's the point. They have no interest and seem to copy and paste the same regretful msg when ppl complain. Just do yourself a favor, save some money and stay anywhere but here.

Very local walking distance to bui vien street and many other tourist spots local if you are willing to walk about 15 - 20 minutes. If not, grab app is a couple dollars. Just didn’t like not having a window

Conveniently located with reasonable room rate. Issue was room was easily large enough for 4 adults but the front desk staff during check-in insisted that we had to book an additional single room! As we didn't have a choice we booked the additional room but never used it.

Terrific stay. They were excellent. I felt really bad that I had dinner in their restaurant so late at night but they were still accommodating and offered great service. The staff are so friendly, shout out to the 2 male staff that greeted me every morning - from the girl from Sydney
