Hoa Lu Holidays

Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

Great location. Rooms were good but could do with a bit of tlc especially in the bathrooms. We had like warm water most of the time which was fine. Shower area could have done with a bit of a deep clean and some minor maintenance but was absolutely fine. Large spacious bedroom and good aircon. Breakfast was good. Limited selection of fruit and meats/cheeses but cooked to order eggs, pancakes and Cambodian dishes which were all very good. Plentiful

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is a good hotel located in the crowded Old Quarter. The hotel room is updated and offers a nice respite from the sites and sounds outside. It is compact, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included and is good. There is an interesting and intelligent young lady who works the breakfast shift - I'm sorry I don't know her name. The hotel is reasonably priced and all the staff is helpful and professional.
