There is no common sitting area, which is noted in the description, so no complaints, but keep in mind that it does make it difficult for anyone to stop by. Location is right next to campus."

"Check-in was easy. It was a little tricky to find the access driveway the 1st time in the dark. We had a very busy few days of wedding events; this house is huge which gave my family of 6 and my in-laws the space we needed to unwind between events. The house was clean, well maintained and full of cool well preserved historic details. Overall we loved the house and highly recommend staying there to anyone. "

"We were a family with the grandmas in tow for graduation weekend. House accommodated us nicely. Everyone had a bed and it was nice for our family to have a house instead of several hotel rooms. It was walking distance for my son to walk over from campus and for us to take the grandmas to the coffee shop around the corner to get breakfast. The grandmas liked the porch and deck for lounging when we weren’t running to events. Clean and comfortable. A good stay!"
