Welcome to The Conservatory. Step into a world of modern architectural design, where every detail has been meticulously crafted to create a harmonious and inspiring living space. From the moment you enter, you'll be greeted by clean lines, open spaces, and abundant natural light that accentuates the property's contemporary aesthetics. Sleeping up to 4 guests in comfort and only a few minutes walk into the CBD or across the Salamanca/Wharf precinct where you can take the ferry to MONA.
The Space:
A modern town house located only 5 minutes walk from the heart of Hobart, designed by multiple award winning Tasmanian architects Rosevear Stephenson. With meticulous attention to detail, our apartment offers a harmonious blend of form and function. With its contemporary aesthetic, sleek finishes and unbeatable location, this is the ultimate urban retreat for those seeking a premium Tasmanian experience.
The spacious open-plan living and kitchen area is bathed are natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV or simply soak in the ambiance.
The simple yet sleek kitchen is fitted with top of the range appliances and a 4-seater dining area where you can savour home-cooked meals or local delicacies.
Two inviting bedrooms offer plush queen-sized beds, luxury linens and ample storage space. Step out onto the private deck for your morning coffee to soak up the sun with the city as your backdrop.
The apartment features two bathrooms offering contemporary fixtures with a walk-in shower, for a rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring the local sights.
Set back in privacy from central Macquarie Street, you'll be at the epicenter of Hobart's cultural, culinary and historical attractions. Stroll to the city's finest restaurants, visit world-class museums and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Salamanca Place – all just moments away.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the apartment. Please note the car park and laundry are shared with the two other apartments.
The Neighborhood:
The Conservatory is centrally located in Macquarie Street leading directly into the Hobart CBD. A short 5 minute walk takes guests to the hub of the action or venture 5 minutes further into historic Salamanca Place where the bustling market takes place each Saturday. Princes Wharf is adjacent to Salamanca Place, where the ferry departs regularly to acclaimed MONA.
Getting Around:
The convenience of The Conservatory allows guests the option to avoid a hire car and take in the sights of Hobart on foot. Alternatively the accommodation comes with free off-street parking if required and access to an EV charger. Hobart is also serviced by Taxis and Uber, which are both affordable and reliable. Alternatively use ride-sharing scooters - simply download the Neuron or Beam apps to locate your nearest ride.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests are left to enjoy the apartment in private.
