“This stay was even better than I had hoped! I traveled with my sister and 3 young children.(2,3,and 6) While I was worried about them being too energetic and disturbing the neighbors, we never got one complaint. That was comforting . Also, Shreya had such a fast response time during the visit for help I needed and that was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!”

“I have mixed feelings about this place.On the positive side, the price is unbeatable. The flat is also large—we were eight people and had plenty of space. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. The location is great as well, about 20 minutes from Times Square by bus. There is also an incredible bagel shop around the cornerOn the negative side, the place really needs a deep cleaning, especially the kitchen, which was very greasy. “We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. These details should be listed on property information.”

“Host was unreachable upon our arrival at apt. Tried numerous methods to do so while waiting in the rain. Finally contacted VRBO and she responded after that with door code. Apt is extremely small and needs maintenance done throughout. Small AC unit in each bedroom did nothing for cooling the kitchen and living room. Furnishings were bare minimum and should be replaced”

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the home. When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable.
