“We had a great experience staying at the Tech Terrace Cottage. We had a little hiccup figuring out how to unlock the door but the owner answered our phone call almost immediately and helped us out. It was totally smooth sailing from there. This part of Tech Terrace was nice and calm. The private parking/entryway area was great and the unit itself was beautiful and super clean. There isn’t much surface area in the bathroom so if you’re a girl who needs a lot of countertop space for products and……

“Stayed with my parents for 4 nights. Overall not a bad stay, it's important to emphasize that. Cons: dirty (crusty sheets, dusty dining room table, a LOT of dead roaches); derelict pool implements (my mom cut her leg on a jagged piece where the steps in the pool used to be); other tenants parking in our designated spot, driving through parking lot playing loud music late at night, consistently leaving exterior door unsecured; water heater went out (was replaced same day).
