Named after the tree that our elephants adore, Villa Marula is a bush styled villa that provides an enjoyable space for six people and is located in one of the most pristine areas of South Africa. Villa Marula offers three luxury bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms which both boast an inviting outdoor shower for those clear sky starry nights to be enjoyed to the fullest. Villa Marula has recently installed a backup battery system as well due to the power outages in South Africa.
This villa incorporates all the warm tones that create a space of comfort and relaxation. The lounge is fitted with a corner sofa, a star viewer and flatscreen TV, media player and blue-ray player for movie nights with popcorn and smarties. Placed below a magnificent African inspired chandelier is an open styled kitchen that is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a centre island for social memories, Nespresso coffee machine, gas top stove and an oven, as well as an American fridge that provides ice blocks to keep your drinks cool while enjoying them outside in the private heated swimming pool. Aside from the kitchen, the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
With our warm climate that provides sunny days nearly all year round, Villa Marula has taken special consideration for this with its covered patio area that is completed with a 6-seater dinning set for dinner in the African bush along with a weber BBQ for our braai enthusiast and sun loungers for lazy days spent around your private heated swimming pool. Not to forget the view of the Little Drakensberg mountains and varied trees that provide privacy for this immaculate villa.
All accommodations of Homes of Africa are located on Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate (Hoedspruit, Limpopo), an area of 1000 hectares of pristine and beautiful South African bush where only guests and residents of Zandspruit Estate have access. The beauty of this estate is the animals that call it home, there are harmless wild animals, including zebra and giraffe which make for a wonderful afternoon walk through the estate and all to enjoy without leaving the estate.
Within 5 minutes you are welcomed to the friendly village of Hoedspruit with several fantastic restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Kruger Park and Panorama Route are just 40 minutes away and you can enjoy endless game drive safari in the surrounded game reserve, you can book all your activities through us for a seamless experience.
