“A fresh new property, the staff went above and beyond with customer service and were very friendly.
The late checkout was convenient, allowing us to do a little more before leaving.
The only negative is the hotel style set-up, generally quiet but sone guests above us were thumping around, moving furniture and banging doors between 2-3 rooms until 1am. A complaint to the front desk quickly resolved the situation. Also the mattress was extremely hard, although this is common in SE Asia it was……

“The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk.
Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.”

“This was the second hotel I booked that night with Hotel. Com taking my money up front and telling me, I would forfeit my money if I cancelled!!! You people at Hotel. Com booked me into “two” completely sold out Hotels 😡 Thankfully the people at Leaf Home Stays, called around and got me into a new hotel still under development.They actually drove me across town to reach it!!!

“Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin par un bus de nuit, la chambre n'était pas libre, ce qui était normal mais nous avons été accueillis les bras ouverts et avons pu emprunter les vélos gratuitement pour aller admirer le levé du soleil.
Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse et se plient en 4 pour que le séjour se passe bien. Ils sont très généreux et nous ont invité à manger. Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners sur place, super bons !
Les hôtes nous ont conseillé sur les sorties à faire.……
