"This was my second stay at the Nono. It sits directly across from a train station for easy access. Taxis are readily available in the parking area between the hotel and station too. The hotel was a great Japanese experience. You remove and store your shoes when you enter. The breakfast was amazing! They serve a complimentary bowl (or more) of ramen noodles each night at 10pm. There are free ice cream treats on the top floor after 3pm. And the onsen (hot tubs, sauna) on the 12th floor is also included in the stay. The hotel is on the beginning of Mizuki Shigeru Road and is beautifully decorated with castings of Mizuki's characters (famous anime artist)."

"The hotel was very well kept from the lobby to the actual room that I stayed in. The wifi speed is also very fast and stable, probably the best wifi I've used in a hotel so far. The staff were very friendly during the check-in and check-out procedure, although they can't communicate in English (however a translation app should be good enough to communicate with the staff), front-desk service is 24 hours too so it is convenient for people checking into the hotel late at night. Amenities were good tho, with amenities free-to-take from the lobby. The parking spaces availability were quite limited so be careful on that. However the location is not that convenient as it is a 30 mins walk from the hotel to Yonago station, or a 15 mins bus ride from the nearest bus stop which is within a 3 mins walk. I might stay here again or consider another hotel that is closer to Yonago station. Excellent hotel overall"

"The facilities and services are great. Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm. Staffs are very polite and fluent in English. Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much. "

"Matsue Urban Hotel was clean and conveniently located across the street from Matsue station. My room included a suitcase stand, one person mini-couch, and small table. I like having my suitcase off the ground and the couch was more comfortable than sitting on a desk chair. Housekeeping wasn't daily, but new towels were left on the door every day. It was a nice hotel and I would stay there again."
