“The staff and manger were unprofessional. The air conditioner in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep. No hair dryer was provided i had to call and get one. The room was nice but didnt make up for the rude staff. Terrible experience.”

“Very friendly and informative staff. Ideal location to the downtown area. Parking is not ideal at all, the spots are small so bigger vehicles would take up 2. Our 2nd night we had to park across the street in an empty lot and walk to the hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned very well prior to our check in, there were dirty socks from the previous guests behind the door in the bathroom and on the shelf under the tv and empty cigar wrappers by the tv. The shower was clearly meant for small guests, I’m……

“Only tv is in the bedroom. There is a separate living room but no tv. Breakfast was very poor, food was cold”

“The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper.”

“Good for an overnight stay. Near the gas station and lots of truck around, but it's quiet in the room. It's a bit annoying for the reception asking too many personal questions to fill the survey. ”

“Property close to freight trains (friend had trouble sleeping due to noise, I had a good sleep as the beds were comfy). Nice, clean room, however was advertised as deluxe (wouldn't call it that). Staff were helpful. I would stay again for the price (not sure my friend would).”

“Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. No place to plug in electronic devices or set them, medications, water, etc. on the wall side of each bed (double queen room). Hand towel bar in bathroom loose, wall beside shower damaged from shower overspray, and no hangers for bath towels. Nothing serious, just inconvenient and slightly unsightly. Would stay again despite these things. ”
