"Staff is no good"

"My check in was at 4pm when i arrived the room was not ready didnt get my room key until 6pm Staff tild me thst they had until 9pm for check in which doesnt make sense because it says check in is at 4pm they didnt bother to make it rite they didnt even care and that was the manager telling me they couldnt do nothing about it ruined my plans having to wait for a room "

"Staff was top notch! Rooms were fine. Breakfast was good. Some areas of hotel not clean did not smell good. Pool wasn’t as nice as pics made it look. We didn’t get in. Treadmill didn’t work."

"Booked for two days, after the first night we went out.next morning and when we returned at night, the keys don''t work to go to the room, and after they reset our keys, the room was the same way when we left in the morning, and next morning I complained at the office and no body know anything about why our room no body clean up,.. no more stay in this hotel.
