"The staff was friendly, but the room was musty. Carpet needs to be steam cleaned and sanitized (had some stains), a nd the bath floor should be washed with bleach. The light over the vanity was not over the sink, so you could only see half your face lit up. Don't know how women would do makeup with that setup. Price was relatively inexpensive, and I would probably stay again unless I could get a similar or just a little more costly stay at another."

"This is a hidden gem!! To be honest, I wasn’t expecting to give King’s Bay Lodge 5 stars, based on its great price, but my husband and I were quite impressed! The units are newly renovated, the furniture (leather recliners and couch) was gorgeous, and the bed was super comfortable! It had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. "

"This was an overnight stay to visit the Crystal River and swim with manatees. The motel was good with a swimming pool. The refrigerator was a bar frige but ice was available. Big room, but dated. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall when I touched it"
