Moose Manor- Squam Waterfront

The Boulders at Squam: Moose Manor is a stand alone cabin with an amazing waterfront screen porch. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with a sandy beach and free use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, swing set and swim rafts.



Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter`s Basin restaurant. 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. See bears, bobcats & mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center. A perfect place for your family to vacation!



This cottage shares 2.3 acres with other cabins and suites on the property. This cottage has the best yard on the property. The 1 bedroom has two queen beds.



Guests are asked to wash dishes and bring trash to the dumpster in the parking lot next to the yellow barn, when they depart.



This rental does not allow pets. If you would like to bring your pet on vacation, please consider one of our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12.



Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guests 24 hours prior to check-in.



Smoking is not permitted on the property.



Guests have access to all rooms in the cottage. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on the land and on the water. The kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are free to use!
