「This is a wannabe elite resort that fails. The place feels claustrophobic as the hotel rooms surround all of the restaurants and the pool. The beachfront is tiny compared to elite resorts. At the steakhouse, once seated, we were ignored for 30 minutes before I had to flag someone down, even though other tables arrived after us and were served first. The hostess was simply awful. She brought us the wrong drinks, didn't bring menus, and ignored us when we tried to talk to her multiple times. ...

「Our stay at Blue Monkey was incredible from start to finish. The property is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Every employee we encountered was kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were well taken care of. You can feel that the entire team truly cares about the guest experience. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with extremely comfortable beds, an amazing shower, and top-notch toiletries. Everything felt thoughtful and luxurious without...

「A rather dated hotel on a small quiet beach to the south of St James. We liked the location and being so close to the beach. The included water sports (Not unlimited) and the use of the water taxi to sister hotels was a plus. We didn’t go to the pool and never saw anybody else using it as the beach is far more desirable. We didn’t like the lack of electrical sockets in our bedroom - we had to pull the fridge out just to charge a mobile phone. The food is pretty average but edible. We preferred...

「Heather at the front desk was superb and did everything in her power to make our stay great. The housekeeping personal Rasheeda from our arrival thru Thursday (before her vacation) was phenomenal with daily upkeep. That said, I did tell a young man at the front desk about a heavy mold build-up in the shower bathroom walls, floor, and behind the bathroom sink. He told me someone from maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I would shower with beach sandals and be...

「A very good sized apartment, with all the amenities you need, that's within a 10 min walk of the beach, supermarket and bars & restaurants. Great value for money. Just be aware that there is only aircon in the bedroom. The other room (sitting/dining area) does have a fan but it does get pretty warm. But as mentioned, with the price charged, it is not unreasonable.」

「The bed was rock hard. It ruined our stay. We were supposed to stay for 5 days and left and paid for other accommodation for 3 nights. Everything else was just ok. 」
