Great stay!

My family and I (myself, spouse and 2 teenage sons), had a relaxing time hanging out by the pool, going kayaking and playing games. It was also a very centrally located area nit too far from nearby attractions like Tampa, Tarpon Springs and Clearwater.

Family vacation

This house was everything advertised and more! Check in was a breeze, the location was excellent! It was perfect for our family of 6. This house literally has everything you could ask for and more! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

It's a nice place to stay, pool was cold. Neighborhood was comfortable but not overly pretty to look at while on walks. We really enjoyed the deck.

Spacious inside and out!

Very comfortable and well stocked rental for our family get together. We also enjoyed the air hockey, pool volleyball and fishing from the huge dock. I enjoyed the separate master on the opposite side of the house for a quiet night sleep. The driveway provided ample parking which was very convenient.

Vacation on the river

This is a beautiful house. It was recently refreshed. Well maintained. Convienent to shopping and attaractions. Very relaxing view of the river and pool. Very generous with amenities. And the manager was very helpful. We will stay again.

Tranquil, lovely, comfortable and clean home; fun wildlife watching!

The owners were had quick responses, good direction and lots of tips posted in the home. The house was very spacious, clean and had everything we could need and more. We really enjoyed the wildlife on the river (very excited to see a first time view of a Roseate Spoonbill!). There was so much to do and see in the area. Tarpon Springs is a fun visit, the nearby beaches were quaint and calming. But it was always hard to leave as the pool was great, kayaking was awesome, and just relaxing on the deck was a treat. Highly recommend choosing this place to stay!

Peaceful and Relaxing Vacation

The interior of the property was immaculate. The pantry contained plenty of ingredients and basic items needed to cook. Lots of pots and pans. The garage contained games for the teens and my husband and I fished from the back deck. The property manager was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We won’t hesitate to rent this property again.

Good time overall.

This property had everything especially if you have kids (bikes, scooters, kayaks fishing rods and even mini indoor golf) . Clean and well maintained. Property manager responded within minutes when I had some questions. Absolutely amazing views . Weather permitting you should spend as much time as possible outside on a very spacious deck. (Lots of different birds every day in front of the house ) if you love kayaking spend few hrs exploring the area . Lots of beautiful nature all around. Shopping malls within 10-15 min driving but there is also grocery store few blocks away. The only negative thing I can say is misleading advertisement of a heated pool. One of the reasons why we booked this place was b cause of the heater pool. Advertising says solar heater and I was under impression that if there is plenty of sun it's connected to a solar panels and that's how it gets heated but out of 7 days 5 had plenty of sune and pool was super cold. I guess solar mena when it's hot outside pool is hot . But other than a pool all was great. If I had to come back to the area in more warmer time I would definitely choose this place again

Amazing

Amazing house. Beautiful views, house has everything inside you would need. A pool room stocked full of pool toys and even a washer and dryer. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Great house with everything you need!

The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed during our stay. The house was fully stocked which was perfect for the nights we wanted to cook and relax by the pool. The deck and pool area were the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Our kids loved the pool and using the variety of board games in the house. The house is close to local beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again in the furture.

Spring Break Oasis

Our family absolutely enjoyed everything this home has to offer. This home is right off the river with a spacious deck, pool, and various outdoor toys for the kids. We were able to see a variety of wildlife while canoeing. The home was clean, organized, and has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely book this location again.

First time Floridians!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The home met all our needs. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, bright and clean. Waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise sipping our coffee on a spacious deck overlooking the Anclote River. Simply divine!!! Not to mention a pool to relax and cool off, kayaks as well. Close proximity to many area beaches especially Sunset Park. A must see at dusk! We frequented many of the area nature preserves and utilized the numerous bike trails. Took in the local flair and dined at many restaurants down on the Sponge Docks. Visited the sights such as The Florida Aquarium in Tampa Bay. Lots to explore nearby! We thank the family for opening their lovely home to us. And look forward to returning next mid-March 2023. The Rodiers of Francestown NH

Perfect family location

My family and I had an amazing time at this home. The pool was great for the kids, and my fiance enjoyed fishing right off the deck. The deck is so roomy for entertaining, and we had family that lives in the area come over for a fun pool day. The grill was ready to go and cooking utensils provided. We actually packed pool toys but did not need to as this home has EVERYTHING you could need. Shampoo, conditioner, towels, cooking utensils, bikes, kayaks, pool toys, extra blankets, a closet full of games for the kids, several tvs.... I mean EVERYTHING! We also took a couple extra kayaks because we thought they only had 2, but they had 4! Check in was a breeze and the property managed responded promptly to all communications. We will definitely be staying here again.

Family friendly!

Our family ranged from 9 months to 60 years. Not only did we have everything we needed, the neighbors were friendly too. A great place to escape, relax, and have access to activities.

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed the house very much. In the morning we had coffee on the back deck watching and listening to the birds on the island. It was very peaceful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The manager was very quick to reply when we had questions. All in all it was a great stay. We also loved the area in general. Tarpon Springs and Dunedin are cute towns for walking. It's more residential so didn't have that spring break feel of places like Ft Lauderdale. There are half a dozen inexpensive golf courses within 15 minute's drive. And there are plenty of good seafood restaurants around. 40 minutes north is kayaking on the Weeki Wachi, which was incredibly beautiful. The only negatives were some of the equipment listed. We were looking forward to kayaking and biking. But the bikes were rusted and seized up making them unusable. And the kayaks were fairly small so we couldn't use them. They were good for someone shorter and up to about 150 pounds, but could not hold a taller or bigger person. And there was a cold snap when we were there, so the solar heating of the pool was not enough to make it comfortable. I imagine if the air temp is at 75 or so, the pool heat would have been more effective.

We really enjoyed our stay here!

This home was clean and had all the amenities. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and viewing all the different wildlife. One day we were lucky enough to see two Manatees swim by. My daughter and her friend enjoyed kayaking. I will definitely be looking into renting this property again. Thank you!
