Features panoramic views of Saugatuck Harbor. Walls of windows facing park and harbor.
King Bed, Cork Floors, Tumbled tile Bathroom with exposed brick, tile shower with spa amenities. Walk-in Closet with Full Size Washer Dryer. Studio like Open Concept Living and dining room with efficiency kitchen. Living room features sofa, 2 easy chairs and dining/card table. Bathroom has exposed brick, large walk in shower. Efficiency Kitchen has real granite counter and backsplash, 2 burner stove, mini refrigerator, Convection oven/microwave, and ice maker. Cable TV- not that you will want to be inside with the great Views of harbor from each room. Includes Linens, beach towels & 2 Backpack beach chairs to use during stay, basic stocked kitchen, private deck for dining and enjoying sunsets. Have a glass of wine and watch the boats or enjoy sunset over the harbor. Walk to shops and restaurants, spa. Dog considered with prior owner approval- prefer 40+ lb non barking dogs as this is a multi-unit building. Dog considered depending upon occupancy. This is one of a few units in the building so if traveling with friends they may book one of the others- inquire with owner.

Second time staying here. Will definitely stay again next year. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need except for your own food. We really enjoyed the cheese, wine, crackers and chocolate that Marta gifted us. We really like that they furnish beach chairs also. We sat across the street and just watch the boats and people go by. So enjoyable our entire visit.

Could’ve used more counter/shelf space in the bathroom. Overall, a small sacrifice to make for a great location. Host was wonderful. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and she left was a wonderful surprise. Unfortunately, due to an emergency we had to leave a day early.

Romantic fall getaway

Wonderful well appointed and really perfectly situated. Walking distance to every where great views of the harbor and some nice little touches from the owner. Special place and great experience.

The location is right in the heart of Saugatuck with an across the street view of the harbor. Everything we needed was provided and clean and neat.

A very nice place. Close to the shops on Butler street and many restaurants. Not much room for cooking. Small, great for 2 people.

Everything about this trip was wonderful! The “cottage” was so welcoming and the owner could not have been easier to work with. The unit was very clean, well equipped and the location is great! We will return!

Amazing location! Great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property’s location is on Water Street with a great view of the harbor with a nice porch and is in the middle of the downtown area. The property was very comfortable for a couple and was well maintained and clean. The host was great with communicating with us and responded quickly to us. Highly recommend this location!

Cozy Apartment—Walk to Everything

This apartment is in a fantastic location, You can walk everywhere from here. It’s a little tight on space, but it’s all you need. There’s a large closet with washer/dryer. The hostess left thoughtful gifts for me. Bed was very comfy. I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic Property!

My wife and I stayed to celebrate our anniversary weekend and to enjoy downtown Saugatuck. The property is absolutely fantastic with views of the water and centrally located to all dining, shops, and bars. Sized perfectly for two guests we had everything we needed and Marta had wine chilled and local chocolates from Farmhouse deli waiting for us when we arrived. Marta was a great host with excellent communication and was very accommodating on times based on our travel schedule. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Great water views

This condo is a gem. It’s right in the center of it all but was still very quiet and the perfect getaway experience. Restaurants, shops right outside the door but it still felt private. I loved sitting on the porch with my book while my husband wandered the lakeshore area. The perfect home base to come and go throughout our 3 day trip. Well stocked for our entire stay. Highly recommended. 10/10

Tiny, but Excellent location!

Smaller than i expected, but fine for us. (Note, there is a tiny sink and no dishwasher, so don’t plan to make a huge meal. ) That said, it was clean, beds were comfy, had absolutely everything you could need/ want. Of you want to explore downtown Saugatuck it’s the ideal location. The treats were an unexpected plus!

The BEST place to stay!

The Bayfront property is absolutely adorable and in the BEAT location! It was super clean, had all of the amenities for a comfortable stay and overlooked the water! It made for a fun and relaxing stay! All of the restaurants and cute shops were less than a minute or two walk from the property. Despite being in the center of everything, it was so quiet inside. Marta was great with communication and included information about restaurants that we found very helpful. There was cheese and wine in the fridge upon arrival. We highly recommend the Bayfront and will be booking again in the future!

Fabulous all around!

Loved the rental. Marta was the perfect host! The rental was ideal for my husband and my first visit to Saugatuck. It was very clean and well appointed. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the view and listening to the little bubbling water feature near the patio. We were delighted with the wine, cheese flight and crackers, and chocolate left for us on our arrival. And the location could not be better. Just steps away from everything. I did a lot of research of the different rentals in the area and am so happy I decided on this Bayfront rental. We will definitely be returning!!

Great Host and Location

A short getaway from Chicago. This little apartment was perfect for our needs. Location was excellent. The host was very responsive. When I noted I was allergic to feathers she dropped off non-feather pillows right away. She left a welcome bottle of wine and cheese in the fridge. The place was small but comfortable. Only negative was that the ice maker was a little noisy and I probably should have tried to figure out how to turn it off. Location was walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend for a couple to stay here.

Beautiful property.

Marta was wonderful. She kept in contact with me to make sure everything was ready for us to check in. This property is exactly what was listed. This was perfect for my husband and me. I am very particular when staying away from home. I felt very comfortable. The property was exceptionally clean. Everything you need was there. We enjoyed the beach chairs too! We sat in rocker chairs on the patio that overlooked the harbor. The property was in walking distance to all the main stores. We will make sure we book in advance for our next visit. Cozy & comfy condo was perfect for our Lake Michigan getaway

This little condo was perfect for our weeklong escape to Saugatuck. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. The quality of the furnishings was great. Marta certainly does not cut corners. She left a nice welcome gift of a bottle of wine, cheese and snacks when we checked in, and a Keurig with some pods to start off with. She also had beach chairs, beach towels and a beach pass for guest use, another nice touch. We loved the location being in the heart of town and sitting on the cozy patio most evenings to people watch while looking over at the harbor. It was only a 2 block walk to get morning lattes and a block from the Butler restaurant. We enjoyed hearing the Butler’s live music on Thurs night, which ended around 10pm so it didn't affect our sleep. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but with the great location, comfy furnishings and responsive host, the slightly smaller space did not impact our enjoyment of the rental. Compared to any of our prior vacation rentals (or even hotel stays), this was the most problem-free experience we have had with accommodations. Thank you, Marta, for your care to give your guests a top-notch experience. We could not have been happier with the rental and hope to rent here again next summer if we return to Saugatuck.
