"The person that checked me was rude when my card declined for some reason he was like are you sure you have the funds. That’s not how I would like to be greeted coming into a hotel anywhere and he was being ignorant when I said okay let me call my bank. The told me maybe you should have someone help you. "

"I felt very bad for the staff at this motel, the main reason I booked there was I had my 10 year old grandson with me who was excited about the pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed indefinitely. Never posted on the website!!! We were asked if we wanted a refund but I was there on business and had limited time to rebook a hotel. The room was clean and staff was very nice. "

"The room was clean and no residual smoking was present. The shower pressure was ok, but tub did not drain unless valve held manually. The sleep, park and fly option is nice. However, the advertised $7/day online becomes $10/day at the front counter, so be aware and push back. Parking during my trip was NOT onsite. It was down the road in a dark and poorly maintained gravel lot. And the staff needs to offer clearer details on the parking/shuttle procedures. Overall tolerable stay with some frustrations. And then there's the young man at the front counter who needs to learn to mind his surroundings, and control his F bombs."
