"Everything was good and the staff was professional"

"The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. Our issue was that there was no ice machine,no cups in the room, the lighting was poor. Also, there were a refrigerator and a microwave, however they were not plugged and had to be moved to reach an outlet. The breakfast was very basic and the yogurt machine was not working"

"The room was pretty much what we expected, and it served its purpose just fine. The room and the bathroom were both very clean. My only issue with the room was that the air conditioner was extremely loud. We didn’t have it set for super cold and when we asked about a switch the answer was could not be done as similar rooms were booked. I did find the breakfast to be a little bit lower than what I expected. All in all, it was good stay, but I do have a complaint about the booking process. We found the room on Expedia and it was advertised at an all in price of $95. That was tax and everything however, when you go to book the room, it jumped up to 115 with tax and everything. I questioned it when I got to the hotel and they said it was an Expedia problem. I questioned it with Expedia and they said it was a Hotel problem. Either way I paid more than I expected."

"The desk manager was very helpful at check-in, but I could see that she was keeping an eye on some questionable people in the lobby. The room: the carpet had not been shampooed/steam cleaned in a very long time; the caulking at the base of the toilet was partially missing; the acrylic bar on the fiberglass tub-shower came loose when I held it in the shower for stability. Very loud drunken neighbors at midnight."
