Cute place - no frills
Overall great stay! Despite our bout with Isaias Monday night the weather was great! The only things I'll pass along to consider - you are sharing beach space and not a lot of it. It gets crowded. Get out early to get a spot. The walk is short to the beach, its perfect, but you won't get a beach breeze on the patio. In the time of Covid and traveling with toddler i would have appreciated the games and all the high touch things stored away. I would have loved an in house washer and dryer. $2 a load at the laundry facility was pricey. The house was clean but not that clean. We found food crumbs under the coffee table, not all parts of the floor were swept, could have been better. All in all, a cute place - good location. The management company was highly responsive and helpful!

The condo walls and bunkbed rails were dirty. Who ever cleans the condo after checkout or even inspected it didn't do a very good job; however, our stay was good.

Surf condos
Good experience overall. There is an HOA and they are strict on rules. Pool opens at 10am and closes at 8 pm and they lock the gates. The beach access is fantastic but high tide comes up pretty far. I would rent again.
