Family Reunion
We had a great family reunion at Double Vision! Mom & dad, and our 3 grown daughters, 2 of whom with families of young children (6 kids, ages 7 yrs down to 11 months) and 1 who came without her husband due to his work. The house accommodated us all nicely. On a quiet side street off of S. Shore Drive, with views of the ocean and the sounds, and not far from the beach access. Very bright & airy, nice decor - adequate amount of indoor & deck furniture.
Ground floor has 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 bunk beds), full bath with tub/shower, small living room & kitchenette, & washer/dryer unit. 2nd floor has entry from deck, 3 bedrooms (king, 2 twins, & pyramid bunk, which is twin bunk over a double). Bathroom has 2 toilet & sink rooms (1 of which is connected to the king bedroom), with doors connecting them to a shared tub/shower room. Washer/dryer unit. 3rd level has a large deck with sliding door into the main living room/dining area & kitchen. Queen bedroom has its own sliding door to the deck & a door into full bathroom with shower, which also has a 2nd door connecting to the living room. Large-screen TV's in both living rooms (ground & top floor).
Kitchen had all we needed for prepping meals. Unlisted extras included books, games, & puzzles. Easy access using 6-digit keypads on ground floor & 2nd-level deck. Good communication with & response from the realty office when a couple questions & a maintenance issue came up. We would stay here again & recommend it to others
