Perfect for Two

The property was so cute and clean, perfect for just the two of us. Very unique stay compared to some of the other places. The walk under the trees was our favorite part. Would stay here again in the future!

Beautiful oasis

This was our first time staying @ Higher Altitude and we will definitely return. The beach is just a short walk from the property. The apartment is relaxing bad you have everything you need during your stay.

Great place!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. It is even closer to the beach than the description says and it is a tree lined walk there. While at the apartment you feel like you are in the woods. Perfect size for 2 people. Our favorite spot was outside around the fire pit. There is a step up and down in and out of each room so If you have trouble going up or down a step or have a baby who is crawling or just walking this might not be the place for you because a fall on the tile floor could be dangerous. The beach towels and chairs were a nice surprise. The owner was very friendly and the management company provided clear and ongoing communication. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We will definitely be back!

Funkynbut fun and comfortable!

Lonq weekend with the hubby. Great place. It had everything we needed for beach time (Easy walk and access) and a place to offload our kayaks when we weren't using them. Highly recommend for couples.

Beach escape

My daughter and I escaped for a few days to the beach and this place was the perfect place for us. The place offered everything and then some. Just a very short walk to the private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay would would definitely recommend this place to others.

Can't beat it

This place is absolutely prefect for a couple. The walk to the beach is minimal, maybe 3 minutes, and beautiful. The property was perfectly clean. We couldn't have asked for better and this will be our first choice when returning to the area.

Really, the only downside of this property is that the layout is odd. There is a raised area in the hallway outside of the bathroom, another in the bathroom, and the bedroom is long and narrow. Nothing majorly wrong. The house is also listed at 114, but the "Higher Altitude" property itself (the bottom floor) is 112, leading to some confusion with parking. Text concerns were replied to relatively quickly for this, but could have been made known prior to check in.
