Wonderful stay

The house was great plenty of room, clean, well stocked. Location to the beach was perfect, an easy walk made even easier by the wagons and chairs provided for use. Would def look to stay at Land n Sea again if we come back to Topsail.

A Perfect Choice

You can't go wrong with Land N Sea! It is an open living area well supplied and cleaned, and only a short stroll to the beach. Both Inlet Shores and the owners were very accessible to handle any issues as well.

Great Stay & Clean House

We had such a wonderful weekend away! The home was great. Clean, ready to go for 2 families with 4 adults and 6kids. Every room had a private bathroom, every back entrance had spot to rinse sandy feet and the layout was great. Short and easy walk to the beach! We brought beach toys but really didn’t need to. There were plenty on site! Enjoyed the ease of our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing time and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and amenities that made our visit so comfortable and enjoyable. The walk ability to the beach was a particular highlight with everything a family would need to spend the day, and we loved exploring the small town area, especially Shaka Tacos. The hospitality did not go unnoticed from clean packaged linens for each guest to the inviting space with a great layout. We felt very welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We hope to return in the future and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks again for everything!

Amazing Experience - Beautiful Place!

First time we booked a place that was not on the beach itself. And what an amazing experience, it changed our perspective, especially because the easy access to the beach with a private entrance. Probably one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Full equipped, well maintained and beautifully decorated. Hunter was absolutely accessible. Lovely House

Quick walk to the beach on a private path. Enjoyed seeing bunnies along the way. This house is lovely, quiet, and had everything we needed. We were a little concerned we might hear road noise from the primary bedroom but nope. Not a problem. Home also offered everything we needed for the beach. Perfect for our dog too, with a gate on the deck to keep her confined.

Amazing Stay!!

We had an amazing stay at Land n Sea Sensation! Courtney was super helpful and responsive and it's clear that ISPM truly cares about their guests and will do everything they can to ensure a top notch experience! The home itself was the perfect setup and size for 2 young families including a total of 5 small children. It was absolutely spotless and I am picky when it comes to cleanliness! It was an easy walk to the beach and there was plenty of gear available. Loved the outdoor shower, hoses available on multiple levels, and various decks/porches for sunrise/sunset views. Great kitchen, comfy quality furniture, garage/rec space which made for a great "playroom" area for the older kids, and fabulous central location. We couldn't have asked for a better rental or hosts!

Relaxing and beautiful

We had a great stay. We live in Wilmington and had family in town and decided to spend a couple nights closer to the beach. We also were able to bring our pups which was greatly appreciated since they are our family too! The place is so clean and quiet and the layout was perfect. Between all three outdoor spaces we really enjoyed our time spent together watching the sun go down or having our morning coffee before the beach. Even the backyard was perfect for the pups too. It is just a super short walk to the beach which made bringing everything we needed for the beach a total breeze. We had no problem what so ever while staying. Our only regret was not staying longer :) Thank you again for everything and we will be staying again!

Great Stay!

My Family and I enjoyed every moment and had wished we had booked a longer stay! Hunter was very helpful and friendly, responses to questions were answered quickly. The home is clean, comfortable, and so convenient to everything! There was a printed guide with all information you could ever need available for reference, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The kitchen and living space was our favorite and the view was something special. We brought along our dog and he also enjoyed his stay especially sunbathing on the back deck. We will be back again next summer and will be extending our stay! Thank you to the Family, and thank you to the Inlet property management group. You knocked it out of the park!

Beautiful Home!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Land N Sea. It was one of the most beautiful homes we have rented in 25 years and hands down the BEST stocked kitchen and beach toys. The beach was a short walk from the house (5 minutes tops) with a private walkway. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find welcome snacks and household items on the island. This was above and beyond our expectations and a classy touch. This was the best experience we have ever had during our annual beach trip. Hunter was only a text away and ISPM is TOP-Notch! We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend them to anyone. Rent THIS property. You will not be disappointed!

PERFECTION!!!

PERFECTION!! Beautifully appointed with everything you need. We really enjoyed the multiple decks. The sunset over the sound from the deck on the front of the house to sunrise over the ocean on the main deck to getting out of the heat of the day on the screened in porch on the second level, we took advantage of all of them!! The king bed was so comfortable and the bedding was perfect for temp control. This trip was sort of last minute of us but thinking of future visus with family and friends since there is plenty of space. The hosts were very friendly and super responsive. Everything you need is walkable and the private beach access was a plus on this crazy busy weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property not only for how lovely and comfortable the space is but also how great the hosts were to work with.
