Disappointed
Properly description was somewhat disappointing. 2 large flights of stairs we weren’t expecting. All furniture needs replacement including mattresses. No support anywhere. Kitchen was well stocked. This is a dog friendly unit, but we didn’t have expect hairballs under furniture and behind toilets. There were spectacular views which we enjoyed. There was missing and broken furniture on a couple of the decks, which the management Company took care of right away. The pool was disappointing in that. It had two chairs, both of which were broken by it. If you wanted to sit at the pool, you had to bring your own chairs. The gate to the pool would not unlock to let people out and had to be propped open with a cement block. We were with family, so we really did enjoy ourselves and overlooked a lot. With some routine maintenance and replacement of furniture, this is the ideal place to stay while in surf city.
