dirty walls, doors, kitchen, moldy hvac vents/drywall, bath exhaust fan inop, long hairs in showers, broken barstools, tried to communicate this to host with no response x2. Definitely a motel vibe. Good access to beach
All cabinets, stove and drawers in like condition.
Mold
Mold spores on drywall from inop bath exhaust.
Both pools were green and dirty.
