“Room was much smaller than what was seamed on photos. Wide angle view makes us look much larger. Bathroom was fine but the actual room just enough space for bed and 1-2 feet are on each side of bed. That was it. No place to put your clothes. Only hooks on wall. Fridge will hold minimal items maybe one full subway sandwich so pack accordingly. They would not switch room to a larger one even when available for additional charge (maybe their policy is different but still did not expect that). No……

“The hotel could use a basic "refresh". While my room was a nice size, it was a bit run down and could use an overall upgrade. The staff was great - Shane is wonderful! I was not clear when housekeeping was to come. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was only made 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Good location. ”

“We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite and were impressed by how spacious it was. The hotel is relatively new, and everything—from the room to the common areas—felt clean and well-maintained. That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms.
