Great place to stay!

Loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach. It was a short drive to get to the grocery store or a short walk to take the shuttle. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family had a great week! The pool was awesome, location was awesome! It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach! It had everything you would need! Downstairs area had a sofa bed that was perfect for our teenage daughter and her friend within steps to the pool! We highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Unit was just as advertised. Private pool was awesome!! Lots of stairs so I wish I wouldn’t have broke my leg about 6 weeks ago. We had a blast though! Beach is right down the street!! Would recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family group of six stayed for a week during March. We were drawn to the location near the beach and private pool. These amenities can't be beat and the pool area was spacious and private. The house was clean and updated from the photos, which was a nice surprise. The only disappointment was that the pull-out couch described in the lower den was actually a small leather futon. This was not large enough for my two children so we purchased an air mattress that worked ok for the short trip. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys which was awesome. Overall, our stay was a great value and we would definitely stay again.

Awesome and clean place to stay with a pool.

The location was very close to the Gulf. Home was very clean and well furnished. The pool was heated and very refreshing. The palm trees around the pool have it that Caribbean feel. This place is highly recommended to stay at. Thanks for a great vacation place to stay.

Excellent location and beautiful kitchen

This unit was well equipped, excellent location and beautiful kitchen. Two blocks from beach, a park and pickle ball, tennis court, skateboard park and dog park near by. I would stay here again for sure. AMI has so much to do and see - it’s hard to get it all in while on vacation!

The property is an older property, but was very comfortable and close to all the Anna Maria hot spots. Great stay, friendly owners!

We had no concerns, but felt that if we had any, that they would’ve been quickly addressed by the rental company and/or the owners Andy and Angie. Beautiful, clean pool and outdoor area. Perfect selection of pool and beach items such as chairs, wagon and toys.Comfy beds.Quick walk to the beach. We had no issue with the spiral staircase and actually the kids loved it.
