Perfect for family with kids

Location, location, location!!!

I loved how close we were to the beach, less than a block away!! Just around the corner, within walking distance, was a grocery store and the local free trolley. The condo was fully stocked, from the kitchen to the bathroom to having access to beach chairs and an umbrella. I e already recommended this condo to several people who saw my social media pictures!!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Good location

The condo is in a perfect location. Right behind grocery, cafe, drug store, shops you can walk to and only two blocks to the beach. It’s a condo. Bare essentials only. Nothing fancy. Twin bed was very uncomfortable. Sofa was too, but Vacasa called me day of check in to ask if I’d needed the pull out because it was broken. I didn’t, but the sofa was still uncomfortable for the week. There were three different locks for the door. Very confusing especially using a 10 digit code. TV was broken in master bedroom. Very hot upstairs. Condo had no ceiling fans upstairs but 3 stand up oscillating fans instead. You’ll need them. Balcony furniture off living room was very comfy. Perfect morning shade out there. Grounds were neat and pool was nice. WiFi is good. Can stream and work at the same time.

Amazing vacation stay with warm pool

We had amazing time in Anna Maria Island. House very clean and have all utensils, beach chairs, pool noodles, etc We can’t find bedding sheet for sofa and internet didn’t work. Vacasa stuff delivered sheets for us and request new WiFi router for internet provider. Such a great work to provide outstanding time at the island Thank you and see you next time

Conveniently located to the beach & stores

Our family enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and pick up groceries. We also were able to try out some local restaurants and stores that were also in walking distance. Overall we had a great stay for our first visit to Anna Maria Island.

Pleasantly Surprised

We booked this property as a last minute getaway 24 hours before we would be checking in and therefore our expectations were pretty low. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see what a great find this place was. It more than suited our family of 5's needs for the week and the location was perfect.

Fountain Head #5 - Round Three

Fountain Head #5 is the only unit of the 8 that allows a dog. I love that! There are four other couples we have met that are at the units each year the same time and we got to spend time with them! We love that!

wonderful location, short walk to beautiful quiet, tranquil beach! great refreshing pool area! walking distance to Publix and huge shopping center!! But the condo needs updating, the rooms upstairs are very warm the a/c does not really cool that area!! Beds are not comfortable also there is a skylight right above master bed which lights up the room very early, had to buy eyecovers at the Dollar Store!

Fountain Head 5

The house was ok, we had to get the code changed to get into the house, had a major water leak under the sink, could not get in contact with the reality co. until the next morning, plumber had to be called, the upstairs bedrooms were warm and had to sleep with the fans blowing on you. Ask for a key for the house, it was the wrong key, and having to pay for clothes washer and dryer was very expensive.

It’s just okay and wish the basic items were provided as with other condo or home rentals

The location is good, very close to the beach and centrally located. The unit is clean and right size however there are no basic kitchen items such as paper towel, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil. We’ve been renting homes and these are always provided. We knew we were going to have to get groceries but not all this little things that could have been easily provided and made it easier for us not to worry about it. These are cheap items to provide and in the website it says that some of these are included. It was an inconvenience especially if you happen to forget to buy it the first time around. Also the maintenance guy showed up an hour before check out time, he did offer to come back but he should have just come a bit after checkout time and not worry about bumping into guest trying to get out of the unit.
