Great stay in AMI

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week. Property is new and is well kept. It is in an excellent location on a quiet street near several restaurants and a coffee shop. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. We loved the outdoor pool, pool table, and ping pong table.

Palma Royale

The house was exceptional. Great pool area, with a nice outdoor living space. Rooms were spacious, with plenty of bathrooms. Location couldn’t be more central to everything on the island. All the way down to the art on the walls, this was a five star stay.

Amazing property and great location.

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island. This beautiful house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. From a well equipped kitchen with new appliances and huge pantry, to the beautiful pool and lower patio area. The house was a quick 5 minute walk to the white sand beach. We hope to return to this property in the future.

Fresh, modern beach vibe

Beautiful new modern and comfortable home just blocks from the beach, cute stores and tons of restaurants. High quality finishes, nice plunge pool and perfect amount of outdoor games for the family. Loved our two week stay here. Great area. Loved the Anna Maria vibe. Our first time in this island. Loved it.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Palma Royale. The home is beautifully decorated and so bright and open. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and even a crock pot. You do need to provide all of your own seasonings and basics but there's a Publix within 5 minutes of the house. Bedrooms are well furnished with lots of storage and closet organization so you can unpack and dial in for the week. Check in was super easy and any communication with the property managers was met with prompt response. We loved sitting out on the deck each morning and evening. We only had a couple of critiques of the home. We noticed when we first arrived that there were a lot of large webs and spiders that could have been cleaned away off the corners of the home and the railing going down to the pool. Also, it's nice to have light and bright furniture in the home and on the deck, but the sofas are starting to show quite a bit of dirt and could use a refresh cleaning. All in all a 5 star property and we will be back!
