We had an amazing four-generation family vacation at The Ritz on AMI. The house provided ample space for our twelve family members to gather and create memories! We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the lower-level pool and recreation area. Since we had young children on this trip, we appreciated the safety features on the doors leading to the pool. The many balconies provided great spots to enjoy gulf views while enjoying a beverage. We had a few issues with kitchen appliances but received prompt communication and service. We would book this house again if traveling to this beautiful island!

This house is spectacular. The proximity to the beach and the sunset views from the numerous decks are awesome. Our favorite was the crows nest. Parking is ample. We strategically parked 6 at the house. We took advantage of the pool, cornhole, hot tub, ping pong, and relaxing poolside. The outdoor bar, living area and tv were great in the shade. There are some stairs to get up to the main level. The decor flows room to room and beds are comfortable. We cooked in and the kitchen is well appointed. The three master bedrooms with en suite baths were perfect for upstairs. We enjoyed morning coffee in the upstairs living area. This is a perfect house. Great for large parties. We will certainly be back to the Ritz!

Each year, our family comprised of my wife and self, 3 grown sons and their wives, along with now 3 grandchildren under the age of 3 and growing, take a family trip somewhere. This was our first time to Anna Marie Island and we had a spectacular time. The weather was perfect but more importantly, that Ritz was clean, spacious, the pool area was perfect, and a VERY SHORT walk to the beach. We will return to AMI and hopefully, we'll be able to stay in this same magnificent house!

Four families (8 adults, 5 teenagers) filled the house but there is so much space it never felt crowded. The kids lived outside, swimming and shooting pool. The walk to the beach is so short there is zero stress about forgetting something and going back. The house is super clean. Service was great. Called for a propane tank and someone was there in 30 minutes. Communication through the week was perfect. We were completely happy with the house.

Excellent location steps away from beach and excellent views through house wide sliding doors. Patio/pool area was fantastic - excellent open space -living- kitchen . Only negative was lack of dressers/closet hangers and bathroom towels .

Very expensive, great house and pool and close to the ocean. Very Warm in house and could NOT lower temperature. Needed more amenities as far as tp, paper towels, dishwasher soap, detergent for clothing etc for the money paid for the week.

We loved it here!! The layout was open and great for large family or friend gatherings. The process for booking the home was seamless. The management company did a great job communicating with us throughout the trip. Our only negative feedback is that they didn’t notify us when the lawn or pool maintenance came by the house. Both occasions surprised us. Despite this, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

We visited "The Ritz" vacation home this year on our annual AMI trip and we had an all-around amazing trip. I plan on recommending this home and location to my friends and family who could not join us this year. AMI is such a wonderful family vacation destination and we will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The staff promptly handled the heat not working upstairs. There were construction workers next door starting at 7:15 am every day and that was kind of a nuisance. The pool and spa were great. The beds were comfortable. Access to the beach was a plus. Overall a very nice place for our family to get away for a winter break from snow and cold weather.

The house was absolutely incredible! We had a group of 12 and there were several areas to comfortably hang out as a group. Every part of the house was sparkling clean with every amenity we could possibly ask for. There was plenty of serveware, glassware, utensils, etc for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor. The entire house was decorated like it came out of a magazine. The management group was very responsive with questions. They were also very accommodating. The outside area of the house was our favorite part! We spent most of the weekend outside in the hot tub and pool. They were heated to the perfect temperature. We played billiards, corn hole, and ping pong all weekend! Lots of stuff to do for our group! The location was amazing! There were plenty of beach chairs and it was a short 1 minute walk to the beach. There is a Publix 5 minutes away and several restaurants within walking distance if anyone wanted to leave the house. There is an ice cream shop nearby for an afternoon treat! We really wanted to leave 5 stars because the house was absolutely stunning but we had to leave 4 because we were surprised to find the house directly between ours and the ocean was under construction and appeared to have been for some time but still had plenty work to go. Construction was ongoing throughout our entire stay with cranes and work beginning at 8am everyday except Sunday. It didn’t deter from our stay tremendously but we were not informed of any construction at anytime and felt that we would have possibly made a different choice had we known because it did impact the sunset view from the top deck and the background work was constant. Other than the construction it was by far the best home we have ever stayed in as a group. I have organized trips for this group for 6 years and this surpasses all of them in several ways. I highly recommend this home as it was in prime condition and they were very accommodating. The location was perfect. This home would be perfect for any large group looking to have a Florida getaway in a beautiful, spacious home.

The property is literally steps from the ocean but we found ourselves staying in the very private backyard most of the time...it had everything.....pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, sitting area with TV and much more. Although there are seven large bedrooms there was a lot of privacy. The house is well insulated .....you really couldn't hear family in other rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

The Ritz was an absolutely stunning home! The interior was very clean and had beautiful decor. The lower level and pool area was very spacious and full of fun games and lounge equipment. We enjoyed the sunset on the balcony and plenty of beach walks and fun in the sand! We will definitely come back as we enjoyed the R & R!

We indulged and rented the Ritz. It was one of the most memorable vacations yet! The house and the grounds were immaculate. The property was clean upon our arrival and ready to go. The pool was fabulous in the late afternoons after the beautiful sunsets on the beach. Everyone had their own room with the spacious king size beds. We cooked every night and thought the kitchen was well stocked. This is one of the most beautiful homes on the beach inside and out! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. This will not be our last trip to “ The Ritz”!

We had an incredible time staying at this fabulous property. All of the necessary amenities were there for both the adults and the teenagers. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the pool and game area provided lots of fun out of the hot sun. Wonderful location and experience. We definitely want to come back! We enjoyed cooking, doing puzzles with the family in the spacious great room and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The floor plan was also excellent keeping the kids by the kitchen and the adults with the private and quiet area upstairs. Amazing home!

This house is incredibly beautiful. My family and I had some great days here, it has a lot of space, everything was very clean and well-appointed The area of ​​the pool with its beautiful palm trees is very relaxing and heavenly. The house is located right in front of the beach and the best Sunsets of my life I saw them and enjoyed from their balcony. All the shops and restaurants are around the corner and the People are very nice and friendly. Surely we will be back soon. Thank you all.
