The property is in a great location, you can walk to the beach and to walk into town for meals. There is a Publix near by as well. The house was large, mostly clean and very comfortable for the group of 12. The reason I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness has to do with the tile floors and dishes/silverware. The cleaners must just sweep the sand off the floor because after walking downstairs in my socks they were completely black. The bathroom towels are nice, the beach towels/chairs are nice, however they can upgrade the toys. The pool table is completely torn and it smells like mildew in the room it is in, there are no boogie boards or umbrellas to use either. My biggest issue has to deal with the kitchen supplies. There is not enough silverware for eating, there are not enough coffee cups, they give you basically nothing in terms of supplies, and the cooking utensils are cheap and disgusting. Additionally, the blender did not work and the pots and pans were in very bad shape. When you have large groups like this it is important to be able to cook as it was practically impossible to get into a restaurant unless you go at 3:30. They should also provide more then 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, more than one tiny beach towel, and more then one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Additionally, some basic supplies like salt n pepper would be nice, coffee filters, sponges for the sink, and dishwashing soap. You are paying top dollar for this house and it is quite surprising how the little things can matter. I would suggest you take $500 and go to Target and upgrade all the silverware, plates, cooking utensils and cups - don't buy the cheap stuff because you get what you pay for. Also invest $25 for some additional supplies. I absolutely loved the home and the location, but sometimes the little things can make the trip an A+
