Upon entry, you have the living room where you can relax and read a book or watch TV after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room, you have the dining area and full kitchen. The open-concept kitchen is stocked with everything new so you can make a quick snack or full course meal. The primary bedroom has all new furnishings and bedding (king-size bed) and it's own ensuite while the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares the hallway bathroom. Downstairs in the private back yard, you will have your own covered outdoor seating area, dining table, ping pong table, and flat screen TV. New decking around the private heated pool & spa complete with built-in cocktail table and sun-shelf. We guarantee you will want to return to Paradise Palms year after year. This property also offers a full-size washer & dryer, BBQ Grill, beach car/chairs, and WiFi throughout.
