Great vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. Vrbo made it easy to pick a great place in a great spot on the Island. Looking forward to returning next yr. This place is spotless and everything is convenient to where you stay.

A Great Place to Stay

It is close to shops and restaurants also with in walking distance. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo was very clean! A fee minor repairs were reported upon arrival and they were addressed immediately I will definitely consider coming back.

Perfect family getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had all of the amenities we needed. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the enclosed/shaded patio was fantastic. The beaches access is directly across the street, so close we could run back and forth if we needed anything which was great for families with small children. The beaches were not crowded in this location like they are towards the end of the island by the sandbar restaurant. We had an absolute blast! We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation. Steps away from the beach. The beach was beautiful and never crowded in that area. There were 8 cottages, but it never seemed crowded. We loved having the outside sitting area where we could put all the beach stuff and wash everything off. Inside was very nice, clean and comfy. We had plenty of towels, beach towels and bed linens. We walked several times to Walgreens and to Skinnys. The pool was always clean and never crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and will def. Be back soon.

It was perfect location i wont say steps to the beach location is almost at the beach just one house front of it after that perfect beach and beautiful sands touches to your toes :)) Management was perfectly helpful and they were always checking on us if we need anything. House was clean and they had everything what we need. Just grab your personal belongings and go there you dont need anything else. Neighbors was friendly. Location was perfect so close to everything. Shopping centers publix beaches, marina everything is so close. I been in island many times this was the most beautiful location but not the best house i wont lie. But worth every penny i spent. Definitely will be back

It was clean upon arrival with the exception of the grill and grill utensils which we cleaned up. Probably an oversight of the cleaning crew. The bedding and linens were all white and fresh which I loved. The beach chairs were pretty worn so I ended up just renting some at a nearby beach rental shop. Overall, I love the Sea Pirate complex. It's across the street from the beach, nearby to shops and dining. Also has a great pool!

Great Location

The location is a big win for these condos. The pool heater could be a bit warmer as it only really seemed to be working at night. I would certainly look at investing in a smaller bathroom sink and a stacked washer and dryer as well as either a toaster oven or air fryer. No major issues.

Location, Location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Less than 250 steps to the beach and a short walk/drive to the Publix and the E. Bay shopping plaza and trolley stops. A comfortably sized 2 bd/1 bath unit with a nice sized 2 sink bathroom. We found the unit dated, tired, rental weary and needing attention. The mechanicals, appliances, gas grill were functional but mismatched and aging. One of eight similar units the property also feels neglected. The pay per load community washer/dryer was inoperable 3 weeks of our month stay. The pool area needs attention and was never serviced during our stay despite heavy use. Unfortunate given the property's primo location.

First trip to Anna Maria Island and the property was adequate, but I will not stay in that specific unit again. It needs some updating and if previous guest have pointed out deficits in the unit, then I feel they should be addressed by the owner. Location was great, but the following issues are what I encountered: Ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. The mattress in the master bedroom was a joke, A/C was hit or miss, the bath tub/shower liner, and shower curtain rod were rusty and dirty. The kitchen cabinets did not look like they had been cleaned in years, and the cabinets under the sink had obvious water damage, the code lock required you to push the door in towards the frame in order for it to be engaged. I have booked another unit for next year and I’m looking forward to staying in a unit that has more amenities.
