Owner excellent with communication, everything you need for a family holiday. All you need in Millom including Tesco's and eateries. Food deliveries even to caravan....

「Well proportioned, clean property set within a beautiful location. Would happily stay again at this price point. Could be noted that the site Wi-Fi is essentially £30 a week which is mildly annoying, but hopefully you’ll be spending your days out and about enjoying the incredible scenery!」

「As a family with a small child, we can only recommend this Pinelodge.We felt very comfortable right from the start. The surroundings are beautiful and everything can be reached by car in a few minutes. We also used the opportunity to go swimming in the pool house every day. Our son loved it.」

「The lodge was as described and its location was ideal.It was very clean and well equipped.Parking was great and the lodge is set in its own grounds.Would we come again?Yes 」

「Very clean and tidy, perhaps a little dated but the hot tub more than made up for it. Stress and hassle free the check in process was easy. The site is very well maintained making it an all round relaxed and very enjoyable stay.」

「Beautiful location, nice and quiet. Perfectly presented, clean and cosy. Everything we needed for a cycling holiday. We stored the bikes in a garage. Stone throw from Hawkshead pub and shops. The owner is very friend and extremely helpful. The hot tub is quite a treat in the evening. 」

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
