The compendium said that housekeeping is servicing the room every day. But apparently they don't service rooms on weekends.
Mattresses were old and very soft.
Room was big, tidy and clean.

「Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight.
Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.」
「We are having a late check in on that day, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a stable Wifi and located near the airport which is really convenient with a free shuttle bus service provided. We have a quite satisfying stay there. The only problem is that the cylinder is keep leaking water and there is no ventilation fan, the hotel should have a renovation.」

To make matters worse, the room was not soundproofed at all. I was repeatedly woken up by traffic noise from outside early in the morning, making restful sleep impossible.
Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I am relieved to have left and will certainly never return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that future guests don’t have a similar experience."
