"How to say…. We had bugs (kind of cockroaches) dead and also living in our room…. We were 4 and when asking for shower towels, they gave us pool towels… When we were in the lobby there is a piece of roof that fell not even 6 feet from us… "

"Everything you need in one spot. The lagoon on this property is awesome. It has turtles, rays, fish and more coming in from the ocean that hang out while you play in the water. There were shops on the property, but more affordable shops and restaurants down the street, so rent a car if you plan to leave the resort. Staff were friendly too. "
