「The hotel is great. Spacious and clean, with a kitchenette. I can prepare some food for my kids. The location is comparatively far from the main area of the city, but the environment is fine. Opposite to the hotel is a Navy Base so I think the safety can be guarantteed. No breakfast service, and the WIFI is weak.」

「The hotel is a bit older, so there are some things to be aware of. The pool is not heated so it's very cold so you probably won't be doing a lot of swimming. The water tanks aren't very big so for those people who like to take long showers this is not the hotel for you. But on the plus side the location is absolutely perfect it's very close to Frenchman Street and the French market and getting around is very easy because the streetcar stops right there at the end of the line and you're right...

「I want to discourage everyone from staying at the Royal Frenchman… in order to keep this place to myself! Don’t stay here if want a modern hotel, with many modern amenities, lacking in character and charm.
