「We booked pool access room and nearly become our private pool, very chill and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices. Staffs are very polite and quick reaction against our requests. Definitely will book this hotel again if I have chance to come back Phuket.」

「Enjoy the pool access and the infinity pool. Very clean swimming pool and room. But the receptionists are a little bit muddled, some basic information (eg. Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.」

Just the reception seems to be understaff - during our check in (Friday around 1pm) there is only one staff at the reception who has to handle the check in, another guest complaining on their room and the calls from guests room.
