“Unfortunately, while the host indicated an additional mattress could be provided at extra cost, when we indicated the need for an adult and paid the extra $50, what we received was a mini-twin mattress which ws not much larger than a crib mattress. Our refund request was denied, and the host's response was that we should have notified them the mattress was too small!”

“5 rooms each one one two two inches higher than the one you came out. Stubbed my done badly enough to go to ready med.No dish washer and guest were suppose to wash their own prior to leaving. Glasses were not clean let alone sanitizedWater pressure turn very low and take over 5 minutes to take a warm showerone bathroom with shower only. Toilet seat loose and toilet paper dispenser falling of the wall. End of the front sofa has nail stick out of the carpet that could not be seen until stepped……
