「The property is “unattended” and the host was not unresponsive in real time and was therefore ineffective. The check-in instructions assume that the guest is already familiar with the property (who knew that there is more than one “tiny house”? I did not) and are therefore a poor guide and resulted in guests being in wrong rooms and a VERY angry and disappointed other guest banging on my door at 7pm blaming ME for all her problems. There is some kind of boring insect in the ceiling above...

「The sheets had hair, dirt, and unknown substances on them. The room smelled like a barn. I contacted staff immediately & was told the situation would be resolved TOMORROW - not then. It never was. They stopped answering texts and calls. Beautiful property outside, but room was a dump. 」

「The staff was not helpful at all. They overcharged me at the restaurant and bar. The shuttle is not free and does not show up when it's supposed to do so I ended up having to call an Uber to get to the port so I would not miss my cruise and their English is not very good. The lights in my room not all of them worked nor did either of all of the outlets. The smell in my room was disgusting.」
