Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located on ideal point of Homosassa River and Price Creek with optimal avenue to Gulf of Mexico by boat. Well equipped for family gatherings, fishing, scalloping, and fun in the Springs. Riverhaven Subdivision is close to local Marinas and popular eateries such as Crumps. Enjoy evening views of sunsets and awesome wildlife, soaring eagles, dolphins and manatees through the large glass enclosed living room and comfortable second story back porch. Spacious lower level family room area great for additional secondary family get away with refrigerator, sink and TV. You will love it here!

Beautiful property with great views and river access!

Our family enjoyed a few days in this beautiful property tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The home is spacious, nicely decorated and well kept. The kitchen has everything you need and we enjoyed meals at the large dining table. There is both an upstairs and downstairs living room area as well as master suites which equals plenty of room. We definitely appreciated the large bedrooms and king beds in the rooms. The deck was one of our favorite spots and has plenty of seating and spectacular views - we saw dolphins and manatees every morning! We took advantage or grilling as well! There is dock access and enjoyed a day of boating and exploring the river and springs, swimming and eating at the many water accessible restaurants. We are very impressed with this home, the hosts, and the area - we would love to come back!

One of a Kind

This home was amazing. The location is perfect as it looks out on nature and beautiful sunsets. If you rent a boat like we did, it has a nice long dock to tie up to. The open layout of the kitchen into the great room allows everyone to be together. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was excellent. Owners were great to work with. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Wonderful relaxing getaway week

We spent a wonderful week at this home March 2024, three couples ready to explore the area. The house was a perfect fit with three king size bedrooms for us. The sitting areas were perfect and comfortable, the kitchen was one of the best equipped of any I've stayed at and the views over the water were tremendous! We watched manatees and dolphins each day from the comfortable deck, enjoyed the kayak at the home and loved walking in the quiet neighborhood and seeing the neighborhood peacocks (an added bonus!). We were a bit too late in the season to see many manatees at the nearby springs but still enjoyed the area a lot!

Gorgeous home!

Our family celebrated my husband’s birthday at this beautiful home. The view is as beautiful as the home. The porch overlooks the water and we enjoyed coffee there in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening to watch the amazing sunsets. We enjoyed local attractions & restaurants. Crumps is a bike ride away (we took our bikes) for lunch, dinner or a cocktail on their beach. We made use of the kayaks and paddleboard too. This home has everything!

Beautiful house in Homosassa

Very comfortable, spacious and inviting. Hosts were easy to communicate with and everyone had a wonderful time. Hopefully is available next year.
