「Booked a VIP room. Waited 1 hour for someone to come and check us in They tried to get us to take a cheaper room. Said problem with electric. When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them Lack of things in room. No Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room. 」

「This hotel is gorgeous, located on a hill beside the Mui Ne beach. The view is breathtaking, showing you the ocean and surrounding beaches. Service was top level, with everything you need just a call away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves tasty meals and breakfasts. The pool is another highlight, crystal clear and clean, with lovely lounge chairs. I would definitely stay again, everything was perfect. They also made some special birthday preparations that were beautiful...
