「We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with...

「酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。 房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。 酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。 总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。」

「私にとっては理想的なホテルでした。全ての面で利用条件が整っていました。清潔感、ベット、朝食(日本人の味覚感で味は問題ないと思います)、プール(景観の眺めは最高です)、ロッッテマート等、空港からのシャトルバスの終点で下車、ホテルが見えます。お勧めのホテルです。次回も利用したいと思います。」

「It’s actually a mixed feeling, the hotel facilities are nice, both the swimming pool and room are clean and comfortable, but unfortunately this hotel is PACKED with mainland China tourist groups, no kidding that the hotel is basically occupied by RUDE Chinese tourists who has no manner and common sense, they yell loudly at 4am in the hotel hallway , sit down on my table without asking one word during breakfast hour, shouting to each other like it’s their backyard, I feel sorry for the staffs cos...

「We stayed with our 2 kids in the family suite and it was awesome! The location was perfect, not too busy with tourists but close enough to both the well known attractions like the night market and beach and close to the lesser known local markets for affordable shopping!」
