“The room suppers old, the host is not helpful at all”

“The apartment is in a great location with a mall in the ground floor and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Bad thing is the apartment had a TON of ants. There was a trail of ants crawling from the floor to the dining table and when we checked out we found an entire swarm of ants under one of our luggages.”

“the property looks so old and dingy, no AC in the hall way, it was so hot and only one elevator serves for 46 floors. We have to move to another Hotel”

“The room is not as described, the air conditioning is not working, wifi is not connecting, lacking amenities, very bad”

“The room is pretty clean. Check in is quick and easy. The shower room in the bathroom has no door like other in VN. The advertisement said that the apartment just is 5 minutes to Tram Huong tower but it takes at least 30 minutes for me to walk there.”

“Can’t believable that they told us stole the cups that used to swish mouth while we were waiting for our deposit to be refunded. They didn’t want to refund our deposit and hold us back until I told them to go check on my car. Then they let’s us go. Bad service here. We were almost late for our flight.”
