Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

Great location. Easy to walk to main attractions or staff quickly got taxi. Property fantastic and staff were all really quick to help and friendly.

The staff were exceptional and go out of their way to help you with everything. Especially Hannie and Rose can’t thank them enough for all they did .
Only thing I would say is don’t book any cruises through the hotel as the company they use is not reputable and if things go pear shaped there is nothing unfortunately the hotel can do even though they did their best to rectify the problem
