「Wonderful staff and thoughtful service What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care. The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so...

「Best place I’ve stayed at Hanoi. I’m surprised that it wasn’t more for the location and the fact you staying in a one bedroom apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations」

「bery busy area, a bit noisy , staff is very friendly. breakfast is quite congested and requested not fully followed over there」

「The hotel is very clean and the location is ideal. The breakfast spread was quite big too. Would definitely recommend.」

「The team were very helpful in assisting us booking activities and giving suggestions on places to go. The hotel was lovely and good breakfast, definitely bang for buck. Also in walking distance from so many dining and shopping options, did not need to use a grab! Definitely would come back to visit Ms Lee in Hanoi next time, thank you guys for a beautiful stay!」

「I was impressed that the staff are very helpful and friendly. 」
