  • You'll enjoy Papakea Resort A307's amazing oceanfront location! This lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers some of the best views from Papakea Resort that is suitable to accommodate up to 4 guests. This west-facing condo will provide unobstructed oceanfront seats to Maui's incredible sunsets and views of the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai. Unwind on your private lanai where you'll be able to spot sea turtles and whales breaching during the winter months.

    Papakea Resort A307 is on the 3rd-floor featuring a tropical interior and more! Inside you'll find a relaxed Hawaiian-inspired atmosphere with cool tile flooring, tropical-themed furnishings and décor, and plenty of natural light. Stay cool with a spilt A/C unit in the living room and ceiling fans throughout the unit. The sofa not only has an ocean view but converts into a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a queen-size bed and a relaxing place to rest after a day in the sun. The bathroom features a large vanity space and a stone walk-in shower. Enjoy your meals and unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom koa wood finishes, and granite countertop seating for 3 with a dining table for 4. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

    Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

    Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival

The room is clean, well labeled and organized, well supplied, and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean is outstanding! We spent a lot of our time on the lanai enjoying the view but you can enjoy it from inside too as seen from the photo.

Beautiful place and area

Wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed walking each morning along the roadside or the beach. The grounds are beautiful and doesn’t feel overcrowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked and very nice. My only suggestion is having air in the bedroom. While the fan helped, with the a/c unit being out by the balcony the air does not circulate well into the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Spring getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. Well appointed and clean. We appreciated the ice maker and not having to run to the ABC for that all the time. This is our 3rd time staying at Papakea because of the location and how nice the complex is. This is by far our most favorite room we have had. Watching the whales and turtles from the deck was beyond amazing and excellent. Would definitely recommend this unit if you want an amazing experience.

Best Honeymoon Vacation!

Our stay at Papakea Resort A307 was amazing! We woke up to a beautiful oceanfront view every morning where we would eat breakfast and drink coffee. The room was well equipped with things we may need like lawn chairs and towels. The location was conveniently close to restaurants and the beach. The bed and pillows were really comfortable even the pullout bed in the living room was comfortable too! Our only concern was that the TV in the bedroom wasn't working so we would watch TV out in the living room, but other than that, my husband and I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here during their stay in Maui!

Stay at Papakea A307

We loved the place but MyPerfectStays could have made it much more pleasurable. They give you the same complementary supply if you stay two days or two weeks (two rolls of TP). We stayed two weeks and we ran out of TP. There was interest in helping us out from MyPerfectStays. Paying 6k+ for the rent and we had to go out and buy TP. Very sad.

Breathtaking Views

We loved the condo, but our one main complaint would be that the bedroom gets hot. Even if you use the small fan they have provided it is very hot. We ended up not being able to sleep in the bedroom. Bed was not that comfortable & the AC did not make it back to the bedroom for coolness.

Fantastic family vacation

My husband, 8-month-old baby, and I had a wonderful stay in A307. The location of the unit on the property is perfect: oceanfront gorgeousness, and it's on the top corner of the property so while you're close to the pool and walking paths of the condo complex, it's quiet and feels private. The condo itself is very well stocked with everything you need, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. As other reviewers mention, the a/c is only in the living room but with that and the fans, we were perfectly comfortable in the bedroom. We traveled to Maui with a group of friends, all of whom rented condos in Papakea. Ours was the nicest. The Papakea staff were friendly and helpful, and the property is very well maintained. The only small thing we'd change is having umbrellas or other shade by the pool so it's more usable for more hours of the day. We look forward to our next stay!

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely come back.

The communication was easy and prompt. The unit was clean and easy to manage the stay. The view was beautiful and as expected from the ad on VRBO. We loved our stay and would love to come back someday. This was our first time (me and my kids) in Hawaii and it was so amazing! We felt safe in this condo which only added to our experience.

Very well-kept unit. All the dinnerware and appliances that a person could need to make drinks & meals. New washer/dryer that worked great. Mattress in bedroom is a queen on a base that is larger than a queen, so need to watch the wood corners. My wife and I both ran into the corners and banged up our shins. Lanai has beautiful oceanfront views. Chairs on lanai aren't comfortable to sit in to watch the whales for any extended period of time. Overall, a great unit that we would stay in again.

Started great but ended horrible

The first 13 days were great then on 11/14 there was a very vague note about some work to be done on a drainage system. We awoke early next am to very loud work going on outside our unit. A few days later we complained to My Perfect Stays and they eventually gave us a 20% discount on the rest of our stay. We accepted because it appeared they were nearly done. The noise and disruption continued till the day we left. We are retired people who like to sleep late and enjoy a nap in the afternoon. This was no longer possible. I've tried to get them to discount this very expensive stay even more and they refuse. We have been coming to Hawaii for 25 years this is the most disappointing trip ever. We will probably not return to Papakea and will definitely never use My "Perfect" Stays again.

A slice of heaven

Perfect spot to relax, take in the view (including nightly sunsets), everything you could need included. So comfortable and beautifully furnished. Love the Papakea resort. Not too big but lots of amenities. We’ll be back.

Perfect stay

Just a great place on all levels. The view was amazing. The apartment was clean and so beautiful and quiet and just really perfect. I would stay here again. I would recommend to family and friends. Great price. You will NOT be disappointed.

Amazing View and Lovely Condo

This is a really nice condo! It has been updated and is very clean and organized. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. We especially loved opening the pocket door in the living room and listening to the waves rolls in. Beds were comfy and the washer and dryer came in very handy. Just know it’s a quiet condo complex. If you are looking for a resort like atmosphere with a jumping pool, music, food and cocktail service, this is not it. I also suggest a car since things are a bit more than walking distance and transportation was hard to find when we were there. We will for sure consider staying again!!

Beautiful ocean view condo

We loved our stay at this condo! The unobstructed direct ocean view was amazing. We were able to watch so many whales from the lanai. It’s conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and sandy beaches. The condo was super clean and the resort landscaping was very lush and tropical. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again!

Wow! Everything was so clean and so well stocked. The condo itself was so lovely and warm and welcoming. The view was amazing and the sunsets beyond what anyone could describe. One of my favorite things were the pictures of the family that owned the place. I loved seeing them. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We went during Covid right after Maui opened up and everything was so clean and felt very safe. The grounds are beautiful and the pool warm, which i loved. We will for sure be back! If you get the chance rent this place, you will not be sorry you did.
