All bedrooms have private exterior entrances.

Central AC, with individual AC units in each bedroom. This time of year, it’s typically not needed as the tradewinds make Hawaii Kai quite pleasant.

Three cats have their domain upstairs, but might not mind mingling if you’re a fan.

All interior spaces shown in the pictures are available for your exclusive use. The pool and back dock are common areas, but primarily yours to use. The outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking the water is a wonderful place to wind down your days.

Garage and upstairs unit are accessible to the owner primarily, with laundry access to the garage as needed.

Surfboards and boogie boards available to borrow.
