“We traveled from Ohio with two adults and four kids, and this condo was a great fit for our family. Our host was excellent, communication was prompt, and the condo was spotless and well stocked. The in-unit washer was temporarily out of service, but the laundry room on the same floor worked perfectly.Located on the 4th floor of the Ilikai Hotel, the condo gave us access to great amenities including the pool, convenience store, restaurants, gift shops, breakfast options, and ice cream. “Our hosts responded to our questions and our needs quickly. They even suggested things to do in the area during the holiday weekend. The clean, cool, and well-furnished home provided a wonderful space to recover from a full day of sightseeing. The home included games, including foosball and air hockey as well as board games. Other amenities included a hot tub, and grill in the back yard as well as a community pool and gym within one block from the house.”

“Our stay at The Makaha Shaka! was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, and well‑kept the property was. The villa is exactly as pictured, spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail clearly created to make guests feel at home. The outdoor space is a dream. Waking up to mountain views, relaxing in the lounge area, and enjoying the pool and hot tub made every day feel like a private resort experience. The……

“We had an awesome stay, the rooms were really spacious and super clean. The interior is calm and welcoming, everything was at its proper place and well furnished. Our 16 month old had a time of her life running around bare foot in the large house! The host (emma) is very kind, super responsive, and flexible. I wish we had stayed longer. ”

“The home was immaculate, bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and bathrooms were well supplied with towels and toiletries. The living room and dining areas were ample and accommodating. The kitchen had everything you would need; we didn’t cook anything but we found all we needed to enjoy takeout! The backyard was large with a beautiful view. Plenty of seating but unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there. We had a great stay! Thank you!”

“Beautiful new home that was perfect for our 10 member family. The owner was very sweet and seemed patient with all my questions. This was my first time using VRBO so I asked a ton of them. Everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed great family time and a movie night on their big screen TV. What I loved the most was listening to the wild peacocks at night while sitting on the back porch. Thank you Kerstan.”

“Great place to stay, nice quiet neighborhood with great view! Communication was great throughout our stay.”

“Beautiful home. Very clean and fresh feeling. Host addressed questions and minor issue with urgency and corrected it immediately. It was very refreshing being able to call them and speaking to them without a bunch of call center run around. Would definitely stay again when on Oahu.”
