Kitchen fully equipped. Easy check in go straight to the room. Paid for valet. Valet wasn’t very prompt. Had to ask for service. But they were efficient when we would leave to go somewhere.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the property manager was absolutely phenomenal—quick, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The condo was spotless and in the perfect location—right in the center of it all, making it easy to walk around. The kitchen was also well-stocked with all the main essentials, which made meals super convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Busy but handy location

Clean room with balcony, nice view and wellStocked kitchen. A bit tight for 5 of us - there were 2x double beds and sofa but there isn’t a separate room just a divider. Some issues with the building maintenance - both days we were woken early and needed to leave - once by drilling and the other day because they were turning the water off during the day for works. A bit annoying and no way to complain or have anything done about this. A bit expensive given this

Poor start to vacation, condo is old, great location

When we arrived the condo was not cleaned from previous stay. Bed was not made and could see all the stains on the mattresses and pillows. Furniture was all over the place. Bathroom was filthy. Hair dryer wasn’t working. Towel rack broken and fell off wall. Wasn’t a great first impression having to start our vacation seeing that and then dealing with having to call and wait for cleaner. Condo is dated, old appliances, rough around the edges. Only real positive is location, right by Marina and mall. Management was easy to talk to, very accommodating given the circumstances. Wouldn’t stay here again

Perfect location!

Hello! We loved our stay at your beautiful condo. The location was perfect. We loved the view & live music & dancing that we could see on Sunday nights. The pool was warm, communication with the host was great & I would recommend this condo to any one!

Appearance of property

The pictures on VRBO make the condo appear very well kept, however it is in need of deep cleaning and updating. We felt the rental price was excessive based on the poor condition of the property.

Great location local to everything

This unit was exactly as advertised, Location is fantastic. It’s right next to the Hilton and all of the things they have there but at a much slower easier going pace, the valet is awesome, great restaurant, coffee and ice cream onsite

10 Day Stay

We had a great stay here. There were 6 of us and it never felt too crowded. The beds were comfortable. The lanai was nice and big with a great view. We had a few things that were broken or not working properly when we got there. Once I reached out, they were taken care of/fixed promptly. Great location! We would stay here again!

Awesome Ilikai Harbor 441

After staying at the Hilton Grand Islander 4 days and the Ala Moana 4 days prior we found this Ilikai 441 Harbor view to be the best value, best view, and best location without having all the crowds at Hilton Village yet all the amenities of being near the Village, downtown and Ala moana center. Room was fully furnished with all the nesessary accouterments of home. Pots, pans , rice cooker, coffee machine, toaster. Having a full fridge is a must. This had a full kitchen. Also offered beach chairs (old ones) and boogie boards and sand toys. We left a beach umbrella to donate to collection. Air conditioning worked great. Property manager awesome. We had a small set up issue with tv and we called and he was there in minutes. We usually like a separate bedroom and was unsure how accordian door would work to separate beds from living room . Not my first choice but it worked ok. Large balcony with table and chairs was so nice. Great sunset views over harbour. Nice happy hour from your room. Liked view because you could see ocean, mountains, and harbour. Was awesome!!! Watched band play on patio right from room. Pool was nice.

Great location and clean

Great location, fit a family of five comfortably. The bathroom could use updating. It was clean just showed wear and tear. Would stay again though!

Perfect for what we needed

This was a great place to stay. Location was great and the views were very nice. You can see the luau from the balcony and the fireworks were just a 3 min walk. It says it sleeps 6, but we were short a couple pillows. Also, a few blankets would have been nice. But overall, the place was nice, neat and in a perfect location!

Great Holidays at Paradies

The room was clean and well enough equipped to satisfy a group of 5 including children. The Ilikai hotel where the room is located is a very nice one, with restaurants and nice shops. Also the pooo was great and we enjoyed it. From a location perspective the hotel is quite central with ease access to the waikiki beach area and ala moana center.

Great Location!

The Ilikai is right in the middle of everything. Our room had a nice view and on Friday night we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the hula/music show they put on downstairs. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated how they had the kitchen stocked with dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, ice in the freezer and even salt and pepper. The kitchen also had just about anything you needed to cook a meal and it was all readily accessible. There was soap and shampoo in the bathroom and on the balcony there was a table and chairs and even beach chairs. The pool was lovely and the lady working there was fantastic. We love the ice cream parlor downstairs and the kids that work there are great. There is also a coffee shop we had breakfast at and it was good too. Only thing we didn't try this trip was the restaurant. The general store has friendly staff and is stocked well. Overall I would recommend this condo. The view is great, well stocked, clean and so many nice perks within the property. It's a quick walk to lots of fun places and right near the beach.

Great Stay

This place was a great stay! We loved the location even though walking back at night was a little long. Definitely think this place is better for smaller groups and not groups of 6 because it is a little small but overall very nice!

Great View

I was pleasantly surprised by the Ilikai. It is a historic building and I thought it might be a bit old. However, it was in great shape, many amenities and the video from this unit is second to none and unlike many other properties in Waikiki, this unit had no street noise due to being on the marina! I would definitely stay here again!

Two week stay

Extended our stay another week Loved the location and access to everything Did not need ocean front but a 5 minute walking to beach was great. Shopping center 10 minute walk and downtown was a easy walk as well with lots of restaurants to choose from. Distance was fine
