"On 1st entering the room there was a dust ball on the desk, outside of the kettle was filthy ,got moved to a different room as wasn't going to stay in the room I was given, no bar for most of the stay apart from yesterday,windows didn't open fully so thankfully I had a fan as was boiling in the room, ..."
